RATES & INSURANCE

At Mental Resilience Counseling, we strive to make care accessible, transparent, and easy to understand. Session fees vary based on service type and session length, with options available for both standard and extended appointments. We accept many insurance plans and also offer private pay options for those who prefer greater flexibility or do not use insurance. If you have questions about coverage or costs, our team is here to help guide you

Individual self-pay rate:

  • $175 for a 50 minute session

  • $260 for a 90 minute session

  • $340 for a 110 minute session

Couple/Family Sessions self-pay rate:

  • $195 for a 50 minute session

  • $275 for a 90 minute session

  • $360 for a 110 minute session

We accept the following private insurers:

  • Aetna

  • Cigna

  • Evernorth Behavioral Health

  • United Behavioral Health (Optum)

International Resilience Life Coach rate:

  • $200 for a 60 minute session

  • $300 for a 90 minute session

  • $400 for a 120 minute session
