What this page covers
This notice describes what the Mental Resilience Counseling website does with information you enter into it. It does not describe how the practice handles your clinical record. Dr. Castillo will provide that separately, in writing, before your first session.
What the contact form collects
Your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, and whatever you choose to write in the message box.
That message is sent by email to the practice. It is not posted publicly and it is not sold or shared with anyone.
Please do not use the contact form to describe a medical emergency or to send detailed clinical information. It is ordinary email, not the HIPAA compliant video platform your sessions run on.
Booking
The Book a session button opens a scheduling page hosted by HubSpot. Anything you enter there is held by HubSpot under their terms, not on this website.
What the site does not do
It does not run advertising trackers or sell data.
It does not require an account and it does not ask you to log in.
