What Makes MRC Different

At Mental Resilience Counseling, what sets us apart is the P.H.O.E.N.I.X Model developed by our founder and CEO, Dr. Charles.

The P.H.O.E.N.I.X. Model™ is built on the understanding that resilience is not a fixed trait but a dynamic, developable process (Southwick et al., 2014). Research by Connor and Davidson (2003) further supports that resilience can be measured and strengthened through structured interventions. The model consists of seven progressive phases:

P.H.O.E.N.I.X.

P – Perceive

 H – Harmonize

 O – Orient

E – Endure

N – iNtegrate

I – Inspire

X – eXcel

Each phase builds upon the previous, creating a structured pathway from awareness to transformation.
